St. Stephen Martyr School, continuing their commitment to community and education.

 St. Stephen Martyr School is proud to announce their first annual Health & Safety Fair and Open House. This event will take place on Saturday, May 12th from 12-2 pm. This is truly a city-wide event. All are welcome to take part in free services offered by surrounding hospitals as well as by partners of the school. There will be groups from Garfield Medical Center, Greater El Monte Hospital, Monterey Park Hospital and County USC Hospital that will offer free services and giveaways. New York Life Company will also be present offering free identification cards for children to be printed right on site. The school will also have its Spring Open House celebrating its 85th year of educating children in the San Gabriel Valley. The school will showcase their classrooms and facilities as well as show their students’ work. St. Stephen is completing its first eleven month school-year. The purpose of this choice is to have more time to focus on education and enrichment as well as to produce a more prepared and confident student. They have an excellent afterschool program with Chinese School, Free Clubs, Sports/Cheerleading and Music Lessons (Violin and Piano). St. Stephen School reports that in the last five years it has had a %100 acceptance into first choice public and private high schools as well as acceptance into UC, Cal State and Private Universities. They are proud of their students and hope that any parent that wants their child to grow into a complete and well-rounded person considers St. Stephen Martyr School.
