After School Care

After School Extended Care is provided Mondays from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Tuesday through Friday from 2:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. There is no more courtesy care, therefore students staying Mondays from 1:30 to 3:00 pm will be charged $15.00.  This does not apply to students enrolled in the program.  Extended care offers a variety of activities. There is time set aside for students to do homework in a quiet environment and to participate in outdoor activities. All students enrolled will be participating in a Reading Program where the Top Reader of the month will be awarded during our Student of the Month assembly. Services will only be provided when school is in session. Services will not be provided on school holidays, Christmas Break, and Easter Break. Registration information may be obtained from the school office.
Please note that all children must be picked up by the time school is out. If not, they will be taken to Room 12 and will be billed accordingly. Teachers are not allowed to watch children unless they are participating in clubs. Once the club session is over, children must be picked up or will be sent to Extended Care.
Morning care will be provided at $2.00 a day unless your child is enrolled in the after school program.  If you have paid for afterschool care, morning care is included.  Morning care takes place from Monday through Friday at 7:00am to 7:30am. Please be advised that ALL parents or guardians are required to walk their child to Room 12 and sign them in. For safety reasons, parents are responsible for letting the Coordinators know that they are dropping their child/student off.
Extended Care Fees: Registration is $30 (per year, per child), $170 per month for 1 child - $250 per month for 2 children-$310 per month for 3 children.  Please be aware that we do not pro-rate for any months. Our monthly rate is formulated according to the total amount of school days per year, thank you.
